ЦЕЛИ УСТОЙЧИВОГО РАЗВИТИЯ В СТРАТЕГИЯХ СОЦИАЛЬНО-ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКОГО РАЗВИТИЯ РЕГИОНОВ ЕНИСЕЙСКОЙ СИБИРИ
Аннотация
Предметом исследования является внедрение целей устойчивого развития в стратегии социально-экономического развития регионов Енисейской Сибири: Красноярского края, Республики Хакасия, Республики Тыва. Исследование актуально в связи с нерешенными проблемами территориального устойчивого развития. Цель – привлечь внимание к проблемным аспектам регионального устойчивого развития, ориентированию региональных политик на устойчивое развитие, показать, насколько стратегии социально-экономического развития регионов направлены на национальное и глобальное устойчивое развитие. В ходе исследования проведено сравнение целевых показателей из стратегий социально-экономического развития регионов Енисейской Сибири с показателями по целям устойчивого развития из национального перечня, разрабатываемого Росстатом. В результате исследования сформулированы возможные дополнения к региональным стратегиям по показателям экологической и социально-экономической компонентам целей устойчивого развития.
