Abstract

Комплексный мониторинг правоприменительной практики Федерального закона от 26.12.2008 №   294-ФЗз «О защите прав юридических лиц и индивидуальных предпринимателей при осуществлении государственного контроля (надзора) и муниципального контроля» (далее  – ФЗз № 294 от  26.12.2008) был проведен в октябре–ноябре 2010  г. Центром стратегических разработок в рамках государственного контракта с Управлением делами Президента Российской Федерации совместно с Центром экономического и финансового консалтинга и Социологическим центром Российской академии государственной службы при Президенте Российской Федерации*.
