Abstract

В статье анализируется практика реализации концепции социального аутсорсинга и эффективности на территории Фурмановского муниципального района. Приводятся примеры повышения эффективности системы управления социальной сферой посредством передачи части непрофильных полномочий внешним исполнителям.
