Abstract

The necessity of development and realization of the strategy of complex contaminationprevention and control regime Russian region’s, which will assiststimulation of energy effectiveness and ecologically clean technologies in the infrastructuralregion's sectors is substantiated in the article. Th e article analyses thefunction of Russian's ecological law and gives recommendations on improvementof authorities of ecological projects management.
